Clearwater Beach Florida - SandbarsToSunsets's posterous

Today is our kind of winter day - 76 degrees and sunny. We have family in town so we are doing the "tourist" thing taking a day and enjoying the beach. Kids are so funny - they will get in any water...regardless of temperature. Unfortunately the weekend looks to be cooler - of course nothing compared to the 10 to 20 inches of snow hitting the northeast. Tomorrow I'll be showing waterfront homes from Belleair Beach to Redington Beach - sure is better in warm weather!

Dunedin Florida - I was driving along the Dunedin / Clearwater Intercoastal this morning and caputed this peaceful shot - the waterfront was glassy and calm as 2 boats sit off shore. The sun was shining as the tempature inched above 70 degrees. :)

Just another beautiful winter morning in Clearwater Florida and the Dunedin area.

Tierra Verde Florida - Showing homes today in Tierra Verde. This is in the Monte Cristo part of this deed restricted community. Boaters of all kinds love this neighborhood because you can have big powerboats and sailboats here. From here you're straight out to the Gulf of Mexico and down the street from the 2005 Best Beach in the United States, Ft Desoto. P.S. I love my job! :)
